200 gr flour
1 tsp baking powder (shift the flour and baking powder together)
1.5 pack (300 ml) Bunmas/Kara coconut cream
1/4 tsp salt
1 pack (200 cc? Bunmas/Kara coconut cream
100 gr Nectarina granulated palm sugar
1 tbs granulated sugar
1 each pandan leaves
1/4 tbs salt
Whisk coconut cream, egg, and salt until bubbles come out. Mixed in the shifted flour and baking powder to the coconut liquid one tbsp at a time while continuously mixing the batter.
Do this until all flours are gone. Let it rest for about 1 hour.
Heat up a pan and put about 1 tbsp of oil. Spoon in about 3 tbsp of batter and cook until bubly (just like cooking a pancake). Cover and cook until golden on the bottom.
Serve with sauce.
