Chicken meatballs

Ingredients

1 lbs ground chicken

100 gr fish paste

1 green onions sliced thinly

3 cloves garlic finely minced

5 shallots finely minced

10 tbs tapioca flours

2 egg whites

tsp white pepper

1 tbsp fish/squid soy sauce

salt to taste

Cooking oil for deep fry

Direction

1. Mixed all the above ingredients except for the cooking oil on a large bowl until well blended. Let it rest for about 15 minutes.

2. Shape the meatball with your hands according to the desire size. Just remember, make sure every meatball is shaped the same size for even cooking time. The bigger the meatballs, the longer it takes to cook.

3. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan with a medium heat. When the oil is hot enough, carefully add the meatballs in batches and fry until golden brown.
