5 cups bread flour
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup water
1 cup milk
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp active yeast
4 tbsp cooking oil
2 tsp sugar to sprinkle on top
Stir in all the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl and add oil, egg yolks, water, and milk. Stir until completely mix together.
Turn into a floured surface and knead until the dough is elastic. The dough should not be sticking on your hand anymore.
Covered with damp towel and let it rest for about 45 minutes.
The dough should double in size. Gentle push down and knead again for about 5 minutes.
Cut into smaller pieces about 50 gr each.
Roll the small pieces until smooth and place in a baking dish about 1/2 inch apart.
Cover and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle some sugar on top of the roll and bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
