350 gr Tepung Beras
250 gr fermented glutinous sweet rice
600 ml water
350 gr sugar
60 gr all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder -
Food coloring as needed Essence Keopoe2 flavored paste, 6x1oz
Mix rice flour with fermented glutinous sweet rice and 200 ml water. Knead for about 30 minutes or until the dough looks soft.
mix in sugar
Dump in all purpose and baking powder and mix.
Last, put in all the water and mix again.
divide into how many portion you desired to be colored.
Put the mix into "cetakan" or tea cups...and steam for about 20-25 minutes.
