1 dz fried tofu (small pieces about 1x1 inch)
4 cloves garlic
6 small chilies or more if you like it extra spicy
a dash of salt
2 tbsp palm sugar
1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp Vinegar
1/2 cup hot water
In a medium bowl, cut tofu in half. Set aside.
To make the sauce, chop shallots, garlic, and chilies. Move into a small bowl. Add palm sugar, vinegar, water and salt to taste. Stir until dissolves.
Pour the sauce over tofu and enjoy.
